Wine tasting

Available daily at 11 a.m. or 4-6 p.m. (duration 90 minutes). 4 different wines (sparkling rosé LUS welcome drink, Auro Bianco 2024, Rosado 2023, Auro Rosso 2023, Rosso Vulcano 2022) plus water, cold cuts and cheese. Extra glass of wine 5€.

Truffle hunt with lunch or dinner

Minimum 4 participants, available Monday to Saturday: 1 hour truffle hunt plus lunch or dinner at the Degosteria. Caprese salad, cold cuts from Salumeria Sorbini (Marsciano), local cheeses from Caseificio Nestore (Marsciano), fresh tagliatelle with black summer truffle, seasonal dessert. Wines: Spumante Rosé LUS, Auro Bianco 2024, Rosso Vulcano 2022.

Prima vista (also for celiacs)

Cream of potatoes and cabbage with roasted speck, braised beef with cooked herbs and vegetables, panna cotta with chocolate cream. Served with LUS Spumante as an aperitif, Auro Bianco 2024 and Rosso Vulcano 2022, water and bread.

Nostra essenza

Sorbini cold cuts platter and cheese from the Alps, gnocchi with Chianina meat sauce, panna cotta with chocolate cream. Served with LUS Spumante as an aperitif, Auro Bianco 2024 and Rosso Vulcano 2022, water and bread.

Gia amici (vegetarian option)
